I am 5’9, 175 lbs, athletic build but with a spare tire midsection and 38DD chest. I got a X-large size dress. Dress feels great and airy. This dress isn’t meant to show off your chest so be careful of bustin buttons. The waist could be cinched tighter and I think you could use it to wear a cute belt.
This dress is amazing, it is a beautiful dress and probably one of my new favorites. I'm 5'7” and ordered a large and it fits perfectly.
